Merry Christmas to Everyone

We would like to wish all of our family and friends a Merry Christmas. Thank you for all of the love, support, and prayers that you have given us this year. Justin and I are very blessed to share our lives with our wonderful sons, Evan and Torin. Even though it can be difficult raising two small boys, they have given us much happiness.

Evan look so much like Justin but acts just like me. He is a little over three years old now. He loves to watch cartoons, play with cars and trains, dance, sing, and run around the house without wearing clothes. Evan is a bundle of non-stop energy!

Torin has grown so much this year. When he was born he weighed in at 4lbs. 1 oz. He now weighs approximately 16.5 lbs. Not too shabby for a premie! When I look at my baby pictures, I see so much of myself in him. He has my red hair, dimples, chin, and nose. He has Justin's beautiful blue eyes! I wonder if his personality is going to be like Justin's. I can't imagine having two kids with my personality.

I am enjoying staying home with my boys. They really keep me busy. Sometimes I miss being in the classroom, but only for a second or two. I am much happier being at home and watching my kids grow up.

Justin has been really busy with work the past couple of months. He caught a cold his first day of Christmas vacation. Poor thing, he has been sick his past two vacations. Hopefully he will get better before his vacation is over.

Again, we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. We love you!

Merry Christmas!

There aren't anymore presents!
What do we do now?

Evan got some train pieces from
Mommy and Daddy.

Evan helped open Torin's present
while Torin helped himself to some paper.
Delicious!

Evan was being a good brother by helping
Torin put on his Santa hat.

"All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!"

Torin's Latest Accomplishments

Torin sat up on his own for the first time tonight.
Evan apparently has regressed and now needs a Bumbo to
help him sit up.

This is what Elvis must have looked like as a baby
.

Torin started eating peas for the first time this week.

As you can see he likes to put them everywhere
but in his mouth.

More Christmas Photos

This isn't what I wanted for Christmas.
Where do I go to return this present?

I don't want to take anymore pictures, Mommy!

All I want for Christmas is Evan.

Silent night, yeah right!

I couldn't wait til Christmas to open this present.

Let it Snow!

Our mailbox is waiting for some Christmas cards
to be delivered.

Evan playing in the snow.

This was his first time to experience snow.
He kept saying, "It's like Polar Express."
Polar Express is one of his new favorite movies.

Mommy and Evan enjoying playing in the snow.
I think this is the best self-portrait that
I have ever taken. Justin stayed inside with Torin
so that I could go outside with Evan. He said that
he would rather be inside where it was warm.

Picture with Santa

We went to visit Santa last Wednesday.
I am sorry to say that we won't be sending
out our usual "Screaming at Santa" card this year.
Evan was a little scared at first, but didn't cry.
Torin didn't cry or smile. He was content sitting on
Santa's lap. I hate to say it, but the crying/screaming
Santa pictures were more interesting.

Who Does Torin Look Like?

Okay, take a good look at Torin.
Now scroll down and decide who he looks like.

This is a picture of Joel and me. I was about 6 months
old when this picture was taken.

I don't know how old I was in this picture.

Here is a picture of Justin and his mom. I'm not
sure how old he was when this was taken.

Here is a picture of Justin enjoying a day at
the park with his dad.
